“Why not just use a cell phone instead of SkyAngelFriends™?”
The expectation is in an emergency, you will have the cell phone fully charged and with you, be able to open it up and dial 911 AND be able to communicate your name, exact location and emergency. The reality is to make a cell phone call you have to remember the number, make swipes and multiple presses to call someone when you are stressed out in an emergency situation.. Simply pressing 1 button is much easier when you are in a panic situation.
This is also great for kids. With SkyAngelFriends™ you control who is called. The system will only call the numbers programmed into it. This allows you to fully control who your kids are calling.
“Can I try it and cancel if I am not satisfied?”
Yes, there is a return policy. You can cancel the service at any time if you are not satisfied. All shipping and equipment costs are the responsibility of the customer including our original shipping/handling costs to ship SkyAngelFriends™ to you. The shipping/equipment/handling costs will not be refunded upon cancellation.
“If I am on a monthly contract can I cancel the contract?”

“How does it work?”
SkyAngelFriends™ is simple to use. Press the SOS button or the side button to automatically place a call to the emergency contacts that you have programmed into the system. You don’t need to remember numbers or have to dial a number — it happens at the press of a button.
“How do I set it up?”
Easy! SkyAngelFriends™ comes with a complete setup manual. Within minutes you are ready to go. You simply program any 4 telephone numbers into the 4 emergency contact buttons in the system and you are ready to call them. Then make sure it’s charged and turned on.
“Can I wear it in the shower?”
The SkyAngelFriends™ device is IPX5 waterproof. You can wear it in the shower or tub.
“Is there a warranty?“
Yes, there is a 1 year full warranty on all of the equipment. If there are any problems in the first year we will replace the part or the entire system.
